Glass maintenance

To prolong the life of the glass and prevent premature delamination, take the following precautions:

  1. High temperatures can cause premature delamination, so don't leave the vehicle out in the sun.
  2. Since the inner side of the glass is coated with an anti-luster coating that can be scratched or peeled off if cleaned with strong chemical items, the inner side of the glass can only be cleaned with water and a cotton cloth.
  3. Remove any adhesions with water until they are gone, without rubbing the surface.
  4. Different tinting shades are available from certain armored glass brands, depending on the needs of each customer. In certain cases, however, it is important to apply (smoked paper), which must be performed according to a specific protocol and with the use of special elements to prevent scratches and permanent deformations on the armored glass's internal face.
